Refund Policy
We keep pricing affordable and our refund rules simple and fair.

Cancellations before the session
Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled slot and you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours are eligible for one free reschedule.
After the session has begun
Because guidance is delivered personally and cannot be returned, fees for a completed consultation are non-refundable. If the session was interrupted for a technical reason, the remaining time will be rescheduled at no cost.
Written reports & naming packages
Once work on a PDF summary or name-suggestion report has started, the fee becomes non-refundable. One round of clarification on the delivered report is always included.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Any payment-gateway charges deducted by the provider are not recoverable.
No guarantee of outcome
Refunds are not offered on the basis of a prediction or remedy not producing a desired result, as numerology is guidance rather than a guaranteed outcome.
